Loft Bed Sophie 140x200 - White

The Vipack Sophie is a loft bed in solid Scandinavian pine with a white lacquered finish, with a 140 x 200 cm double-width sleeping level on a frame that stands 190 cm high to the top of the safety rails. An angled staircase with 5 steps leads up, and the open space underneath stays free for a desk, a wardrobe or a seating area.

• Slatted base included: the bed comes with its slatted base, ready for a 140 x 200 cm mattress, so there is no separate base to buy.
• Staircase can be fitted either side: the staircase has wide treads rather than narrow rungs, and can be placed on the left or right to suit the room.
• Two safety rails included: one full-length rail and one three-quarter-length rail enclose the sleeping level.
• Also in 90x200 and as the Aliks: the Sophie also comes as a 90 x 200 cm loft bed, and the related Aliks loft bed is offered with or without a sofa bed, all in white.

Will the Sophie fit your bedroom?

• Floor footprint: allow the full 209.4 x 214.7 cm, including the projecting staircase, not just the bed frame.
• Ceiling height: the frame is 190 cm high to the top of the safety rails, so check your ceiling height before ordering.
• Staircase: the staircase has 5 steps and can be placed on the left or right, so plan which side of the room it will face.
• Mattress: the slatted base is included and suits a 140 x 200 cm mattress.
• Large item: check the package dimensions before you order.

Why buy the Sophie from Maci Home?

Maci Home is a Belgian webshop with its warehouse in Temse, with the Sophie loft bed by Vipack.

• Peace of mind up top: the bed is listed in Vipack's manual as meeting European Standard EN 747-1 of 2015, and two safety rails enclose the sleeping level.
• A staircase instead of a ladder: a staircase of 5 steps with wide treads takes the place of rungs, and you pick the left or right side for it.
• Free space underneath: the open space under the 140 x 200 cm sleeping level stays free for a desk, a wardrobe or a seating area.
