How to choose a bed drawer

• Measure the lowest point: measure from the floor to the lowest part under the bed, including middle legs and cross bars.
• Include the castors: check that the drawer height includes its wheels. Then leave one or two centimetres spare.
• Your bed decides: two of our drawers are made for one specific bed. The set of two and the long single drawer fit more beds.

Common mistakes when choosing a bed drawer

• Measuring only at the edge: middle legs often hang lower than the side rails, so the drawer gets stuck halfway.
• No room to pull it out: our long drawers come out from the long side of the bed. Leave clear floor there at least as deep as the drawer is wide.

Dimensions and materials

• Length: about 100 to 210 cm.
• Width: about 80 to 94 cm.
• Height: most are 18 to 20 cm.
• Materials: MDF (wood fibreboard) or solid pine.
• Colours: white or natural.
• Castors: most drawers roll out on castors.
